Hi Guys ,
I initially applied under Provincial Nominee Program and when my application was at final stage i got married and added my spouse in my application. Now the Processing of my and my spouse's file is over and we received passport request for both of us . Now the problem is that my spouse is in India and they requested our passports in Canada. I read couple forums where people said that it is against Indian law to get the passport to canada or any other country if the passport holder is still in India, so I emailed cic and asked them to arrange any office in india where my spouse can submit the passport. I haven't heard anything from them since then . It has been 4 days no response to email .
Should I send another email or what should I do ... Have no clue what should be my next step.
Please help me guys who have been through the similar kind of situation....

Sarayu I couldnt able to find under that link...It might be helpful if you just tell do I need to send passport size photo or immigration side photo with my passport to Ottawa for CoPR.

Hi Skau1987,

You can take a look at the photo specifications from below link.

Tell the photographer that you need photos for Canada Permanent Residence but NOT for the Canada Passport. Because they both have different photo sizes. The best way is to take a print of photo specifications sheet to the photo studio and show them, so that they will understand clearly.

Just for your information, Canada PR photos size is same as UK Passport photo size. So, you may consider UK Passport photo size as well when you order your photos, that's what I have done. Just make sure by measuring the photos manually that it's 35mm X 45mm before you send them to visa office.
