Yes I did used Xpress post & it was received by MR. Lemeux

if you are already in Canada and applied under PNP, it will be great if you do the landing in SK, any office in SK, i know some SK applicants do the landing in another province got questioned by the officer,

Hi...im also waiting for my husband to get back his passport with his permanent visa from manila immigration.My husband send it last april 25,2014 but until now we haven't receive it yet and i ask helped here in the parliament member here in canada and they email in manila immigration they just said that the visa of my husband is valid until this september 2014..That's why im wondering and worried why until now they don't yet send it back to us..
