Hi Asna,

I am in the exactly same situation, however along with the Medical Request, they also requeste a bakground and criminal check by the RMCP.
My medicals have been received in November, and the RMCP sent their results in January.

I just hope i wil receive PPR soon, I've been waiting for this process since Dec 2010.

My VO is New York also.

my medicals also was done in the end of December , and now they've changed my status (medical results have been received ) i dont know exactly how long it takes time to get PPR . my Visa office is LONDON . I applied as a FSW too. waiting for PPRRRRRRRRRRRRR :-[ :'(
plz keep in touch here if u got ur PPR , at least we can estimate ours. thxxxxxx .

Hello, maplesyrup8! I got my PPR on February 19th, 2013 and sent it the next day. Please update us as soon as you get your passport. I will do the same. I pray we get it very soon, inshaAllah!

I recieved medical 27th feb and done by 4 th march
I have sent them $490 fee and receipt
Just want to know how long ottawa is taking these days for passport request

We already done our medical last Oct. 18, 2012 , our visa office is in London, Ecas shows still in process! Waitng for almost 5 mos. already! We do enquiry already last week until now no reply!

i am also waiting for PPR from ottawa Vo. my ecas showing In process. i am requesting for
GCMS.as per senoirs opinion in this forum i think in your case it take another 3-4 months you almost their hope u get PPR soon.

I sent my passport on March 20,2013. I did not do it right away because I needed to go out of the country.
Hope you'll receive yours soon because it's been a month.
