Waiting for Passport Request After Approved Arc

Update...
I passed the medical on June 2018. After this silence until October 26 2018 when they transferred my application to London VO. Two weeks ago my ECAS changed to "We started processing your application on November 13 2018". What's next?

My ARC approved FEB 08 2016 after 7 months waiting.FEB 10 they sent me PPR but my MP i found out there are something is missing in my medical which i did NOV 10 2015.So my visa is holding because of the medical .I Called IOM Karachi they told me they sent my medical to NEW DELHI.New Delhi Screwup and lets see when they fix up my medical.

I got exclusion order on oct 2018. I sent ARC to visa office in february2019 so do you mean 7 months after applying for arc application?????????

my friend left Canada 2014, submitted the application and refused in 2016 August. Won appeal Dec 2017, sent ARC in July 2018, 9 months already after arc.....still waiting.
does anyone know what to do? how do we know if we have 1 year ban or 2 years.... ?
