Waiting for my spousal AOR, can i apply for OWP??

Hi there!

I applied for my spousal PR in January 2015 - haven't recieved AOR yet (My husband is here in Canada)
I decied to visit my husband on a tourist visa which expries April end 2015.

I just wanted to know what is the criterion for OWP? How can i apply? Till when can i apply? and would you recommend me extending my visit as a tourist or the chances of OWP are better?

My intent is to stay back here legally till i get PR

I tried to find and make sense of the information, but i failed :'(

Can anyone hlpe me with this? Pretty Please?

It sounds like you applied for PR using the outland process (i.e. outside of Canada spousal sponsorship process). If so, then you don't qualify for an OWP. Only those who applied inland qualify for an OWP.

Can you confirm if you applied for PR inland or outland?

It was outland.
So if I'm not eligible for owp, extending my visa seems to be a viable option.. Right?
