Waiting For MR May 2010 and June 2010 Applicants Only

Guys I have received MR , just now checked my mail. some CIIP docs and covering letter. No forms as such ave been attached. Will the forms be sent by post?

And Guys please tell if i can go for medicals without my current passport?

I have submitted my passport for renewal, poilice enquiry is pending. What are my options?

The mail has one covering.pdf document and couple of CIIP documents. Not sure if I have to wait for another email. This seem to have everything required..
