Waiting For MR May 2010 and June 2010 Applicants Only

I am also waiting for mr. they have sent medicals up to 3rd June only. may be Monday will decide something for us.

Hi ludhianvi any news for MR? We are only two 4th June applicant from this forum. Hope NDVO will continue providing MR to rest of June Applicant............,,,...

People who has applied on and before 3rd June must be very happy and lucky also (Of course for getting MR)

But the thing is that if they send medicals report within the given period of time to NDVO but with the strike they has stopped their work ..so whose gonna receive the Medical Report...for which they have to wait until strike is over and only be accepted and forwarded after strike is over.

In my guess, Strike might take long or short time because it has been running for last 4 months w/o any conclusions.

Just chill people who are waiting for MR..every thing happening is under god's instruction.

Here i can see lots of people's MR is expired and some is going to be. So in this time if we get MR then would have been very hesitant.

Praying for god, we get MR soon and conclude the Strike in an earliest as possible.

Does this statement "PAFSO members will withdraw all services until further notice at Canada’s fifteen largest visa processing centres abroad" means that they will likely to lock the office at New delhi, and not a single staff would be working ? or is it still a possibility to get medical requests for June 2010 applicants, the way it has been till last thursday. I mean from Friday, June'2010 applicants have stopped receiving MR ? kindly help me to solve this query, Thanks in Advance-


PAFSO - APASE PAFSO members that have been designated essential, and staff that do not belong to our Association will be working, so the offices will not be completely closed. However, they do have flexibility in prioritizing their work, so the only way to know exactly which services they are providing is to contact them directly.

Well,
the first thing is that NDVO is not been locked, so its a little to relief. However, it still has issue that they have stopped sending MR since Friday, I mean from 4th June applicants. It does mean there is some influence of strike in their working. There might be something went wrong, which has lead them to stop MR.

The only thing here is that, we have to share here if anyone gets any information related to MR. thats the only thing we can predict. I mean if they have issue any MR on today, means we are alright. At the same time if you can get reliable on your consultant to find out if he has received any MR on today, means they are still working on our MRs. I will also mail to my consultant. I know they are not reliable, still want to know what they have been upto.

I think this is a strategy of the strikers, to issue lots of MR's so that the applications inputs increase and than not to decide the cases so that the pendency increases.

This way they want to build up the pressure.

Two things :

a) still waiting to get news from Sabuj & Ludhianvi,
b) let them to start their office at Canada to find the next step,. I mean is gov going to seat back again or they might work to convince PAFSO, so by the end of today we might get a little clear picture
