I Think August 2013.......we will get MRs and then they will issue visas from November 2013 to Dec. 2014.
So better to leave all hopes if we get earlier then we should be lucky but chances are rare as we all who are waiting are not so good luck otherwise MI2 and MI3 were not introduced so early after our application. It should have be delay.

3 years wait had taught us to wait and not loosing it.
Point is whenever we hear news of MR of someone it gives hope that we are just one step behind.

I appreciate your positive analysis & attitude but buddy, history has been different.

People who got MR are mostly those who had completed their timelines according to processing times (w.r.t. 2nd AoR). Even some like me had crossed 1 - 2 months of the processing times but ultimately the timelines were revised. This happened 2 - 3 times.

My 2nd AoR date is November 2010, I crossed timelines twice last year & once in this year in March 2013 (28 months). Still no MR in March, April & May. Then in mid May timelines were increased to 36 months & i am again lagging.

I also think like you that within 36 month my file will be fully processed with Visa stamped on my passport but facts are different. I still hope & wish that NDVO proves me wrong this time.

I wish this thread to zoom at rocket speed with updates of MRs & VISAs for May & June 2010 applicants.

There are still chances for increase of Time Line from 36 Months upto 44 or 45 Months and will it will be limit. They will never do more delay than 45 months. But still we have to remember 80% of cases because its only the escape way for them.....
I have received 2nd AOR from NDVO which confirm only receipt of documents package nothing else. My file is even not transfered to NDVO otherwise it could have been processed. I hope I will get MR only in November 2013 or later but if will get early feel lucky but seems impossible.

I wonder the working style of NDVO, some MRs have been issued for June 2010 applicants where as May 2010 applicants are awaiting.

Although I pray & wish that all get the MR & Visa soon but, still NDVO's working style is amazing & full of surprises.

My consultant says it depends on Visa Officer who is handling my file, may be he/she is over loaded & that's why it is taking time. Is it that all of us waiting for MR have our files pending with same VO. :-\ ?

This thread is alive and will remain active till all of listed members and other will not get DM.
Main thing is that everyone is frustrated and don't want to show their anguish for NDVO.
Bt good news is that parallel thread is moving on with some improvement which we try to update with time.
So don't think that we get paused.

I myself daily check this thread 5-10 times in hope that there may be some news of any kind MR, Interview or Additional Document required. I also think that a lot of other members are also visiting regularly.
Don't blame yourself or others if no one is posting nothing.

Think positive and have an appetite for good news's wait.
