I am waiting for my landing paper as I gave interview on March 13, 2020. Online update is that decision is already been made but no update after that. My husband is dependent on file and he is in india. He doesn’t have visitor visa. What should I do?

How did you apply for PR? Are you in Canada? It's rare to get an interview.

Have you ordered your GCMS notes recently? Has your husband tried applying for a visitor visa / TRV?

I am in canada. I got an interview because I added my husband into file that’s what my lawyer said. I didn’t order GCMS notes as I have no idea about that.

My husband already applied for visitor but no biometrics. I got a letter states that your husband should be here otherwise you have to wait.

This may be a case where virtual landing is not possible because one spouse is not in Canada. One of the issues with virtual landing is that all members must be in Canada.

Ok but what should I do know I already applied visitor visa for my husband but because of Covid-19 restrictions he cannot give biometrics in india.

He can fly to a different country like UAE and give biometrics there
