You won't receive ITA until the CRS cutoff drops below your CRS.
At the moment, the CRS cutoff has been around 482+.
The lowest the cutoff has ever been is 450.
I see from your other post that your CRS is 327. With that score, you will probably never receive ITA.
You need to apply for PNP.
