Waiting for CIC reply for 14 weeks

Hello Everyone
I applied online from UK on 27th November 2013 and I am yet to hear from them. The visa processing time from London is 8 weeks, while I have been for 14 weeks.

was there any communication in between or updates as to status of the application?

did you have your medical done?

atleast it doesnt seem like a case of rejection! keep fingers crossed
