Waiting for appeal

My family arrived Canada in Sep 2017. I submitted my appeal in June 2017. My family submitted new case in RPD and my case is in process in RAD and decision not yet made. My family’s first hearing cancelled and waiting for new hearing date.
My question is, who’s is the responsibility (RPD or lawyer) to inform RAD about my family case. Either my family case will be considered as new evidence automatically or no?
