Finally after long wait, 15 months.

Got my AOR.

AR @ 2nd June, 2021
AOR @ 31 August, 2022

I would estimate you will get your AOR within 3 months at most from now, however, your processing time will be very long (up to 27 months) as you are an outlander. From the many discussions on this forum, they appear to be prioritizing in-land applicants to keep them in Canada.

Man I feel happy for you. I've been waiting for 14 months for an AOR, hope all with best as well.
As for adding dependents, you can easily use the webform with your file number.
