I am making this thread for people who have been waiting for 1 year and more for their PR approvals to come in. I myself am 1 week shy of completing a year. I know the pain, the patience it takes and the willpower to survive through this.

The aim of this thread is to keep a tab on all the people who are still waiting while our lives have gone on a hold completely and also see who gets PR after a year and how long after a year it takes for their PR to come in.

I am sure @legalfalcon 's advice would be immensely benefitial to this group.

Do you have any indication why your application has taken so long? Seems strange that they average 6 months, and you're currently over a year.

Nothing what so ever. All they tell me whenever I call is that my eligibility process is still going on and that I need to wait patiently. That is the exact same response I have gotten for the past 11 months.

That’s completely false. Most applications get processed between 7-12 months . Average processing is actually 9 months as per trends since one year.

That’s simply because of file being untouched. They just forget old files and start with newer ones. Many people from May June and July are in same boat. You can’t do anything apart from waiting.
