waiting and waiting

I need some advise for my cousin who is waiting in 2007 and still no update, only interviw done in 2009 still waiting for medical that's all, any idea how long more to wait for? thank you

You did not give enough information. Waiting in 2007 where, for what? Interview for what?

he is in pakistan.....applied in Jan 2007, filed transferred to isalamabad in Nov 2007, got first interview in April 2009 in islamabad and was told at the interviw to wait for medical in 6 months since then still waiting and no respond....almost 15 months
