i really dont need it,since my wife (the sponsor) isn't from Quebec,,,but i just feel sad because we are supposed to have one just like everybody
we have our file number or maybe it's the client number,,my wife told me she got it from the Mississauga cal center,,,she said it's file number,,but i dont think they give file number but it's client number

i recived my client id and aplication number but still tow weeks gone i haven't recived my sponsor approval letter
