Hello everyone,

I have a question?
When i looked at the minimum wage of my noc code 0621 says minimum is 16$ or something but
My lawyer said that canada immigration looks at the medium wage not minimum .is that correct?
What i wonder is if it matters or not? Even if u have the position and duties and everything

yes Median wage (avg og minimum and max wage for the NOC) is different thatn Minimum wage .. to have LMIA approved you need to satisfy the Median wage ... for the median wage in your NOC look at the Job Bank http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/wage-outlook_search-eng.do?reportOption=wage

But im on an open work permit and im applying without LMIA

it's a definite selecting criteria for LMIA based job offers ..

I am guessing you should be okay ,but not very certain since your position is of Manager level (though you are on PGWP),
