W1 visa valid outside my current organization

Hi Team ,

I am working in a software MNC and now hold a valid Canada W1 visa with multiple entries for 2 years , my doubt is as this visa was applied through my company so if i leave the company will this will be still valid .
can I apply for jobs outside my current company .
If i resign my current company does it still valid ??
