Did you receive your work permit based on her study permit? Is this your first time entering Canada?

What is your wife doing? Is she remaining in your home country?

I recieved my work visa (W1) based on my wife's student visa.
This is the first time I'm entering to Canada..

She is pregnant and cannot travel.
Yes she remains here and after the delivery she can come.

I have a work visa (W1)
As my wife is the main applicant (student)
So you don't have a job offer or normally live in Canada which is what you need to enter Canada. Also since you are not accompanying your wife, you need written authorization to travel and show your reason to come to Canada is essential. You must wait until your spouse is ready to travel and then you can accompany her.

You will need to wait until your wife is able to travel and then come to Canada together.

Coming on your own ahead of her is not possible.

You aren’t going to get authorization for essential travel if your spouse is not in Canada. That would be the purpose of essential travel...family reunification.

Even if you somehow manage to travel without your wife, I don't think CBSA will issue the work permit when you arrive in Canada. What you hold now is just a visa. CBSA still needs to issue the work permit. I think CBSA will feel that what you are doing is an abuse of the study permit and open work permit process and send you home. I think you'll also be at risk of a 1 year exclusion order (ban). Don't travel until your wife is ready to come to. Right now what you plan to do honestly looks like fraud / misrepresentation.
