You are Inadmissible under INA 212 (a) (6) (c) (i) (I) for fraud and misrepresentation and under INA 212 (a) (7) (a) (i) (I) immigrant without valid immigrant visa. Because you are inadmissible , you are allow to withdraw your application for admission in lieu of seeing an immigration judge. Do you wish to withdraw your application for admission ?
My answer was yes.

Me any my wife we talk every single day . After we got separated we both going through lot of stuff mentally and emotionally. And we want to see each other. She is US citizen. She can drive to canada to see me.

My question is if I apply for canada visiter visa is there any way they can denied my application. My intention is not to hide anything from CIC . I will tell them what happened and why . Can they denied my case. Can you give me some advice please.

edited after some research. Given you aren’t eligible for entry to the US, it’s highly likely that IRCC will deny you a TRV based on your current immigration history from the US. Information like this is shared between the two countries. I wouldn’t hold out much hope for a Canadian TRV.

I never been to canada . This happens while i was going back to USA and my wife is US citizen and we been living together in US from last three years. Processing time to going back to US gonna take me 3 years and we can’t wait and that is the reason i want to apply for canada visitor visa so i can at least meet my wife and may be we can go out and spend some time together.

You can certainly apply, but the chances are slim to non-existent you will be approved for a TRV. You’ve been banned from the US for fraud and misrepresentation (lying is something IRCC takes a very dim view of) and living in a foreign country without valid documents (illegal immigrant) who doesn’t respect a counties immigration requirements). Your history indicates a significant risk of overstaying and misrepresentation. IRCC won’t take the risk of letting you enter Canada as they will expect you to break the conditions of your visa.

What if I apply for work visa or Student visa . Reason i want to go to only canada instead of other countries is my wife . That way she can drive to canada and we can see each other.

I wasn’t illegal immigrant. I went to USA in 2015 on student visa than after 1 year I met my wife . We got merrier in may 2016 . And i got my work authorisation and travel documents in 2018. From 2016 to July 2019 we been living together. Everything is legit and still they refuse my visa . Mine and my wife answer were little different like she didn’t know date of our marriage. My green card is still pending and i have every legal Document .

Makes sense they refused, forgetting which day you got married is pretty suspicious. It is one of the most important dates in peoples lives.

You can certainly try applying for the TRV but will need to fully declare your US immigration history in the TRV application. You will want to show very strong ties to your home country to prove you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Agreed that your US immigration history makes your case complex and reduces the chances of approval. However you can certainly try.

Sure - a study visa is an option. However again, you'll need to demonstrate that you are actually a genuine student and aren't just using the study visa as a means of getting to Canada. You'll need to enroll in a full time program and make sure that program makes sense in light of your previous education and work experience (i.e. shows logical progression). You'll also need to demonstrate that you have the required funds to pay for your studies and living expenses (this means showing a bank balance of at least $25,000). Once again, make sure you fully declare your US immigration history in your application.
