Right after graduation i volunteered for 4 months. My supervisor paid me for 16 hours of work. Under SCHEDULE A - BACKGROUND/DECLARATION, how should I mention this?

As a single entry i.e Volunteer for 4 months (however was paid for 16 hours of casual work)

OR

as separate entries
1. Volunteer for 4 months
2. Paid for 16 hours of pay at same position

P.S:I'm not planning to use this for my work experience
