I qualify for citizenship ,except I have a voluntary withdrawal pr because I had little knowledge about immigration and my marriage happened and I didn’t get marriage certificate till couple of days before my flight ,so I told the officer about marriage and gave them the marriage certificate .I had to go back to my country and apply with my wife and I came back to Canada on PR,the citiz form no16 have been ever asked to leave Canada is the place where I am stuck ,what can I do now.
