I got P2 for both of us, we replied already but do we still needs to apply for restoration and work permit, or is is okay if we could wait for ecopr

I still not received my ecopr ,
But i have heard that we need to have valid status in order to get PR. If my husband is out of status he can not grant PR ,

You will just need to provide your Canadian address, no need for proof of any status.
