No problem . I was in the same shoes like 2 weeks a go and asked and did lots of searches .. It was tiring . But I got it done

As I mentioned on my previous post . If your paying and ur the sponsor
Then ur information on the reciept .. And also attach a cover letter with ur husbands info. And it must go to mississagua by regular mail . But for the visa office fax or email would be ok or regular mail as well . And also don't forget to write ( right of premnent resident fees payment (RPRF ) on the envelope that ur sending to miss. so they can forward ur mail to the right department in there .

So guys, if they ask for the second payment..do you think they will ask for updated criminal records or medicals after (if they were expired) or would they have asked this before the PR payment?

Usually they ask for a second medical if the first one is expired same time with the RPRF payment .. They will for sure ask for medical if the first one is expired cuz ur visa is valid as along as the medicals . But as for the background check mo one knows when it's done . And some times they ask and sometime they don't .. Try to order gcms notes and u will find out aboit what's really going on with ur file .
