Thanks for the important advice. I will provide my wife's job profile, educational qualifications, and sources of funds to VO in the next application.
Below is full GCMS notes talking about my ties. please help me with your opinions. thanks.
Taking the applicant’s plan of studies into account, the documentation provided in support of the applicant’s financial situation does not demonstrate that the funds will be sufficient or available. I am not satisfied that the proposed studies would be reasonable expense. Noted that PA has been awarded financial support of $20,000. The applicant’s household of 4 members and the applicant has 3 children who are students to support. Applicant will exhaust a large portion of savings for study abroad. I am not satisfied that the proposed study will be reasonable expense. As a result, I am concern that they are not genuinely available to pay for the student’s fees
The applicant is 39. Married. Wife, and 3 minor students not accompanying, to remain in country Ghana.
The PA has been working as been working as a research assistant in country XXXX since March 2019.
I am not satisfied that the applicant will leave Canada at the end of their stay as temporary resident, I note that:
-the client is married or has dependents or states to have close family ties in their home country, but is not sufficiently established. While applicant has a professional job in Oman, his residency is tied to his employment. If he leaves his employment to study abroad, he would need to be sponsored again in future to return. Weak professional and economic ties to COR and home country.
Taking the applicant’s current employment situation into consideration, the employment does not demonstrate that the applicant is sufficiently well established that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of a period of authorized stay.
The applicant’s immigration status in their country of residence is temporary , which reduces their ties to that country.
Weighing the factors in this application, I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of a period of authorized stay. For the reasons above, I have refused the application.
