Viza/Study permit extension problem

Hello everyone!!!!

My Canadian visa expires on 31st of August.. I applied for an extension back in April and still didn't get any answers.... I checked the processing times on the website and it says no more than 30 days....

Whole summer passed and I still didn't get any answer. Can anyone tell me what should I do? I got only 16 days before my visa expires.

Call CIC.
And better check your address in your application.

they are on strike so they are not working a lot that's what is in news and on their site
