i applied for Canadian visitor visa for my Aunt from Bangalore.

Tracking status shows " passport has been courierd from canadian visa application center on 15/11/2017"

Nothing had been mentioned like from which place passport has been courier and where it has been courired ..

Does this mean that decision has been made? And they have courired passport to our home address?

Also when visa is not approved how does we get to know ? Do they send any email with reason saying why it was declined?

Does anyone has any idea? Or has gone through same situation ?

When did she apply?

If a decision has been made + if she has paid for the processed passport to be couriered to her residence then it will be delivered there.

There's no way of knowing whether or not she has been approved until she gets her passport

I did applied today for my parents, Online at Bangalore, do you have any idea how long does it take in online application?
another question, How they request passport and where to submit the passport if they get approved?

When did she apply?

If a decision has been made + if she has paid for the processed passport to be couriered to her residence then it will be delivered there.

There's no way of knowing whether or not she has been approved until she gets her passport

Hi,

The current processing time is 29 days. This only an estimate. Actual processing will not be 29 days.

If approved, your parents will get requests to submit their passports through MyCIC. They would need to submit the passports to the nearest VFS/VAC i.e. Bangalore in their case
