I applied for the new Canada visa in China as my old visa issued by Ottawa along with my old passport is going to expire 07/2024. However, the information on my new visa is the same as the old visa on my old passport instead of the updated information from my most recent application: the issurance place is OTTAWA not CHINA, the passport number is from my old passport and the expiry date remains 07/2024 the same... I submitted webform to IRCC two weeks but still get no response.. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
