Vist Visa after PR is revoked?

So my father had his PR revoked for not meeting residency requirements a few years ago. He wants to visit Canada. How much of an issue is it, he doesn't want to stay, just visit?

So my father had his PR revoked for not meeting residency requirements a few years ago. He wants to visit Canada. How much of an issue is it, he doesn't want to stay, just visit?

As long as he can prove strong ties to his home country, previous international travel and his ability to pay for his travel he has a good chance at a TRV.
