Yeah - your situation sounds more complicated than a simple exclusion order. If Canada paid for your removal - you're going to have to pay that money back before you are allowed back in. It does sound to me like you may have to go through the ARC process. All of this stuff can take a while. I would apply for the TRV now so that you can see what happens and what else you have to apply for in order to make a return visit a possibility.

I'm also very curious about the circumstances of your first interaction with CBSA. They do NOT normally make house calls after a 3 day overstay. There is more to this... You must be "special" in some way.

So I was wondering if it's advisible to write a little explaining why I needed the visitors visa and upload it in the portion were they asked for any other documents aside from the one they've asked for.
