Visitor's Visa refusal and reapplication query

Good afternoon,
I applied for a temporary visitor's visiting visa and received the refusal yesterday. However, I want to reapply because I think I have more evidence to respond to the concerns expressed that will meet the requirements. How soon can I reapply? Do I have to get all documents again been that I'd be on filing already?

As soon as you like. There is no witing time.

Yes, each application has to be done from scratch.
