I applied for offline visitors visa before 6 months with my parents which got approved & i was married at that time but my husband didn’t apply for visa with us, just I and my parents applied.. i just submitted my marriage certificate with him while applying for visa.. so right now i am a divorcee & i have got married to some other man.. i have visited the US (only once before a year, stayed for 29 days) & Canada (only once before 3 months, stayed for 25 days).. so can we apply for my recent husband’s visitors visa under CAN+ category? How can we notify the embassy that i am no more married to my ex-husband so that my recent husband’s visa doesn’t get rejected?

> If your husband travelled to Canada in the last 10 years or holds a valid U.S. non-immigrant visa, he can apply for a CAN+

"How can we notify the embassy that i am no more married to my ex-husband so that my recent husband’s visa doesn’t get rejected?"
> In granting a visa, the Visa Officer will not base their decision on your relationship status.

Make sure that your husband meets the basic requirements
· he has a valid travel document (passport)
· he is in good health
· he does not have a criminal or immigration-related convictions
· he can convince an immigration officer that you have ties—such as a job, home, financial assets or family—that will take you back to your home country
· he can convince an immigration officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your visit
· he has enough money for your stay (funds to carry out your stated purpose in going to Canada)

You only need to provide your Marriage Certificate if it is required and asked to be uploaded.

So my doubt is that my husband would not get any benefit even if I have travelled both the countries legally right? & also guide me whether he can apply for CAN+ category or not.. The actual purpose for our visit is Honeymoon...

Are you guys applying together for the visa or only your husband?
If it is just your husband applying, he can avail for the CAN+ if he travelled to Canada in the last 10 years or holds a valid U.S. non-immigrant visa.
