Hi All,
Kindly help with your advice on what to do next cos I think I am confused:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
How else can someone describe or establish purpose of visit, I was going to visit my brother and his family who are permanent residents of Canada for 15 days.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.
How is this my problem, I have a good job with a good pay, submitted my employment documents, my fixed deposit certificate, property documents and my brother's pay stubs.
I will appreciate your suggestions, thanks
