Visitors visa came out but during travels to the US, how long will it take?

Hi everyone. Hopefully there’s someone who knows something about this situation who can help answer my question.
Person A applied for a Canadian visitors visa from country X. Person A is in the US now and found out the visa was granted. Because they are so close to Canada, they want to get the visa in the US.

Does anyone know how long this takes and how to go about it? Is there a way to expedite the visa being put in the passport?

He/she can submit her passport in Canadian embassy at USA as she/He already got passport request letter. Anyone can submit their passport anywhere all across the world in any Canadian embassy if they are having passport request letter for Canada.

You should contact IRCC and ask for stamping in the US.
