My parents visitor visa is going to end next month due to passport expiry. What is the chance of of their rejection given they have us visitor visa rejection and they have just retired . On 2023 they visited me for 6 months and returned back to home country

No one can tell you the chances. They have a current Canadian visitor visa which is a plus. They have to mention the US refusal in the application.
