Am permanent resident in canada since2018 but before that I am refujee claimant.they decision was approved..as of now am pr in canada.can I apply visiting visa to my parents.

1. Yes, but it will be looked at very closely with your previous refugee claim.

The chances of getting TRV are much lower because of the fear your parents will claim asylum as well.
