If the letter says you need to submit your Biometrics then go to the nearest Visa Application Centre and have it taken. Once taken it will reflect on your application. Then you just need to wait for the result. If visa is approved your passport will be requested. If visa is rejected you'll receive a letter of refusal indicating which area your visa was refused.
