Hallo,
I have a question. My visitor visa will expire on the 30th of November.
Next week I will have an interview in Vancouver, I found a company who would like to sponsor me since I speak several languages.
I will come back to Toronto on the 30th of November. Is it possible to extend my visitor visa for more 2 weeks when I arrive at the airport and I will speak with an immigration officer?

If you mean the expiry date on the TRV sticker is Nov 30 and it is a multiple entry visa, then yes, you can still re-enter Canada on that date. The officer will determine how long you can stay in Canada.
