Me professor along with my family and 5 students got the invitation from Bensadoun School of management, Montreal for Global Retail Challenge competition.

We all applied for visa through VFS in 10/10/18.

Not receiving any updates on our visa as competition day is approaching fast.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do but wait. Visa processing can sometimes take several months to complete and unfortunately there is no guarantee you will have approved visas in time.

The competition for which we have to move to Montreal will start on 15//11/18, and for the same we need to travel on 13/11/18.

Next two days again embassy closed, we have only Monday left with us.

Hate to break it to you, but there is a chance that it is closed Monday as well. November 11th is a national holiday, and since it falls on a Sunday this year many observe the holiday on the Monday. For example my office is closed Nov 12th in lieu of the Nov 11th holiday. So you may not have any days left I'm afraid.

OMG

Very disappointing, lots of hard work of students were also involved for the same. It's a big loss For all of us, emotional and monetary
