To whom it may concern,

Kindly note that I applied for a temporary visa to visit my fiancé but my visitor visa just got refused for the following reasons:
1-travel history
2- purpose of visit
3- personnel assests and financial status
Concerning my travel history, it’s my own fault and I should work on it.
But regarding the purpose of visit, really I did my best to convict the officer that I will leave canada at the end of my stay I got an annual leave paper from my current job I bought a returning ticket and tried to explain that I am a law graduated and I have my bar exam on summer 2018 so could you please clarify how can I work on this point better?
But the 3rd reason was the reason for what I am writing this message because I attached my bank statement ( around 5000$) and my mother has sufficient funds to pay my stay (around 10000$) its more than enough for a stay of 15 days so how can I work better for the two last reasons?
Knowing that it’s the second time my visa is refused but on the first time my financial status was less than now and it wasn’t a reason why now it is?

Your help is much appreciated,
Respectfully yours,

Unfortunately, it is not surprising that you were refused twice: You're young + recently employed + inadequate financial resources + no immovable assets + stating you want to visit your fiance (potential to overstay your visit). Return tickets do not help to get visas.

1. What documents did you submit?
2. Since how long have you been working?
3. Are your parents dependent on you for their well-being?
4. Apart from your bar exam, do you have any other reasons/commitments to return to by a specific date?

1-Letter of employment since 2012,
A letter from my employer authorising my leave,
A certificate from the company verifying that I am registered at the NNSF revealing their registration number,
An original letter from my bank certifying my bank accounts ,
A copy of 12 months bank statement
Bank certificate proving that mom has sufficient funds to pay my stay ,
A letter from assaf law firm proving that I am a traine at their office,
A copy of my juridical record ,
A copy of my ecclesiastical engagement certificate ,
2- since 2012
3- yes because my dad was dead but i didn’t talk about this point
4- noo and I don’t have any personal assests
I guess it’s harder to me to get a visa!

IMO, there are three points (actually five) that have worked against you getting a TRV.

This:

Here's why:
1. As you have been employed with the same employer (??) since 2012, you cannot still be a trainee. Or are you changing careers?

2. As you have been employed/earning an income since 2012, it makes your personal financial situation to appear weak if you need to depend on your mom to financially support your visit.

3. Your engagement/intended visit to meet your fiancé = Possibility to over stay your visit. This reason becomes more evident as your financial situation is not strong + you don't have any strong ties to return to

4. You have not traveled previously the US, UK, EU, Australia, etc to demonstrate that you have a history of returning home after short visits abroad.

Even if you had travel history, it would not have been a strong point considering you want to meet your fiancé + you don't have compelling strong ties

5. Are you from a country that is not politically stable?
