Visitor visa withdrawn @scylla please

Hi, I'm an international student and I applied Visitor visa for my mom through GC key on August 05. Later, I submitted a new application through the new visitor visa portal on November 2. Today I received a message that the Application applied through the new portal is "Withdrawn" while i didn't do it.


Please let me know what might have happened. Because I thought that the GC key application would be Withdrawn on submission of the application through new portal.
