Need a help here!
- My brother is currently studying in Australia (Indian Passport) and his study permit will expire on March, 2017.
- He had single entry visitor visa to Canada and he visited Canada last year (June 2016)
We have some family function here in Canada in April and I want him to join me, hence, trying to apply his visitor visa.
What is the right time to apply?
Option 1: Apply now OR
Option 2: I let him apply his Australian temporary resident visa (work permit) and then I ask him to apply for Canadian Visitor Visa
