My parents got visitor visa from india to canada for 6 month .they got stamp on their passport issued visa on 2nd august and expire on 30 jan 2014. I want to know thay have to come within these time of period or if they come come in jan 2014 then 6month will be strat. i mean 6month strat from entry of canada or they have to go back before expiration date which they got on passport.

the visa expiry date is the last date you can enter Canada. So, yes they can come in Jan 2014.
As far as the length of stay is concerned, the maximum is 6 months. The time allowed will depend on the CBSA officer that will greet your parents at the aiport. He could give them 6 months or less. That will be the case even if they arrived on 2nd august.
 
i want to know my parent have to move before jan 2014 which expiry date they got on their passport or 6 onth strat when they enter in canada
