Visitor visa to Student visa

I hold valid visitor visa for canada
Applied for Student visa from India and got the LOI,
Didn't receive PPR
does anyone know the further process?
Will i be getting stamp for student visa at port of entry??

Until you get approval you will not get student permit on arrival. Without a guarantee of approval for study permit I would not leave India.
