Hi, I had applied for my visitor visa (TRV) in June 2025 which was approved on July 14th. I submitted my passport in Delhi on July 16th for stamping. I haven't received any update since then.
Could some one tell from their experience how long is it taking for visa stamping? Thank you.

Hi, Did you get your passport after stamping ?

For us(Family of three: Visa Process has been started
Application submitted for family of 3: Jan 7, 2026
Biometric Applicatio/Email received on Jan 9, 2026
Biometric submitted: Jan 21, 2025 (we delayed due to our travel out of town). Our experience at Hyderabad VFS was great under Regular service. It took 20mins for 2 of us.
will keep posting the updates.....

On 24th Jan, we received Final decision letter that says" Visa has been refused". Reason is strong ties in Canada.
Was that the only reason for refusal? So for a family of 3, what were ties to return and if all coming then no family ties in home country. Ties are spouse, children, job letters, business, income property.

Purpose of visit? Length?

visit length was max 3weeks. We have our jobs here, kid is studying. Enough financial proofs were submitted. My husband's parents are in home country. I had surrendered my PR 20yrs back n mentioned that too. But still got refusal.

So you renounced PR. Reason for refusal was family ties, and you have no family ties if all coming. Your husband's parents are not family ties to return. Reapply for you alone or you and your spouse only, if you really want to visit Canada.
