Visitor Visa spouse sponsor

Hi,
I am a Permanent resident in Canada. My wife came with me on a visitor visa. Now that we both are here in Canada, I am trying to sponsor her for permanent residency. What should I select for What country does the person being sponsored live in? It should be India if she is just here on her visitor visa that means she is just visiting and not living here correct ? Also in the sponsor ship form I should select for question

6 a) The Principal application is your Spouse Living in Canada or Spouse Living Outside Canada ?
