Visitor Visa - should I update old dates in documents?

I submitted my Mom's visitor visa application last year and she is going for her biometrics just now.

Should I update the Visitor visa documents like Travel Itinerary, Invitation Letter, Bank statements, and travel date as they all have the old dates?

If yes, do I do it through the web form?
