Hello, I am a temporary resident in Canada and I am applying very soon in Express Entry,
1 month ago I submitted an application for my spouse to come visit me to Canada and it got declined for two reasons, I am convinced about the second reason (which was financial related) but I'm really confused about the first one as it said:
- You are married to a foreigner on a temporary status in Canada. No proof of conjugal relationship established with your spouse. A marriage certificate is proof of marital status and not proof of established conjugal relationship.
I am confused because I uploaded almost 20 photos as proof of our relationship including our marriage ceremony, engagement ceremony, old photos from years ago like her presence in my graduation and mine in hers, photos in trips and holidays, even photos after our marriage.
what should I do else?
I am asking this because I already received an invitation to apply for EE under CEC and I need to submit a proof of relationship again, so I want to know the right way to do it to avoid problems in the future.
Thanks
