Visitor visa refused

Dear sir /mam
I got visitor visa refused in 22 may 2019 due to i didn't explain about my previous visa refusal. I was applied students visa in 2011 but unfortunately I missed that paper. Visa officer asked me about that.
. Previous visa refusal not declared
Subsection 16(1)irpa
. Based on travel history
. Based on purpose of visit

One of my previous passport filled with full of travel history.
I have been UK. PARIS, BRUNEI, MALAYSIA, SINGAPORE, on time exit and enter
FROM 2013 I didn't travel any where.

Plz help me out how can I get that pervious visa refusal letter. I have application number on my passport

Are you sure you have not been banned for misrepresentation?

Yes I m sure I don't have any banned. In the conclusion visa offer wrote down. You are well come to re-apply if you feel that u can respond to these concerned and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements.

They always say that, even if you have been banned. What else did the letter say?
