Visitor visa refusal reasons

I got a visor visa refusal mail from cic. In that mail mentioned the refusal reason is
1. Purpose visit
2. Asset and financial status
3. Travel history
So i want to know whether those reasons are weak or standard?
Is Travel history mandatory?

When did you apply? From where you have applied? Was it the online application or paper application?

I had submitted my application on Oct 24 but refusal letter came on nov 6. I have applied in vfs global chennai. Which is paper application.
